Having lived on my own abroad for many years, I know how much it means to have someone by your side when you need it most, far from home. That's who we want to be for you — in your most fragile days, we take care of daily living, follow-up visits and every small detail, so you can heal well and head home with peace of mind.
Clinic care mostly centers on follow-up visits and wound care. But the moments you most need someone beside you come once you're back where you're staying — with daily needs, meals, emotional support and the unexpected. That's the gap we fill.
We provide day-to-day support and companionship — including help with everyday needs, reminders based on your doctor's instructions, transport arrangements and emotional support. We do not perform any medical procedures, wound care or medication guidance; that remains the responsibility of your surgeon and care team. We'll set out the exact scope for your procedure during your consultation. In an emergency such as difficulty breathing or heavy bleeding, immediately call 119, Taiwan’s emergency number for ambulance and fire.
We recommend getting in touch as soon as your surgery date is confirmed — ideally 2 to 4 weeks before surgery — so we have time to prepare every detail of your stay with care. School holidays and the end of the year are our busiest periods, so a little earlier is better then. If your plans are last-minute, please still reach out; we'll do our best to help.
Yes. We know which Taipei hotels work well for recovery, and we'll recommend options based on your clinic's location, your budget and your needs. You book the room yourself, so you're free to choose the room type and always know exactly what you're paying.
No. It's entirely up to you — your concierge can keep you company in the room, or step in only when you need a hand.
