This Payment & Refund Policy constitutes the official terms of the "Post-Surgery Concierge Service Agreement." By confirming the quotation and completing the deposit payment, Party A (the Client) agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Far From Home Care provides "daily living assistance, meal procurement, medication reminders, escorted follow-up visits, and private transportation" services. We are not a medical institution and, by law, do not perform medical procedures or wound care. Medical outcomes remain the responsibility of the original clinic; refunds may not be requested on the grounds of dissatisfaction with surgical or medical results.
